The Renegades were in their alternate whites for a home game against the traditional reds of Burnaby. The Renegades were looking to extend their winning streak to four.

At the half, the Renegades led 2-1 on goals from Lindsay Rupar and Cianna Vit at 23 and 36 minutes. To Burnaby's credit, they did not look like a team that lost 8-0 to Port Coquitlam.

At the 50 minute mark the Burnaby keeper was forced to concede a corner off a close range shot by a charging Ally Mandley.

Rupar notched her second goal of the game on a cross from Mandley in the 63rd minute.

Renegades keeper Chelsea Fogliato got down low to stop a Burnaby breakaway at minute 68.

For Renegades coach, Bubba Gump, the win was not without its concerns as the Renegades conceded more chances to the Burnaby side than he would have liked.
